I was trying to capture Happy’s breath in a picture one frosty morning last week. He decided to ham for the camera. Or perhaps he was only annoyed that I was being so slow with his morning hay.
Good morning.
…and then, I got stink-eye. Donkey stink-eye.
Really, from this angle, Happy looks like he could miss a morning feeding.
He disagreed. Loudly.
He had the last laugh. He said that I looked like the one that could go without a morning feeding…
Never argue with a donkey giving you stink-eye.
